| Description de l’avers | Salmon-pink Kriegsgeld (emergency money) note with a tripartite layout. The central vignette presents the coat of arms of Rothenburg ob der Tauber — a red castellated tower on a white shield flanked by two smaller heraldic shields — surmounted by a black Iron Cross with red laurel drapery, all within a circular legend band. The left panel carries the serial number and validity inscription in Gothic script, the right panel bears redemption terms and the Stadtmagistrat signature, and a bold Gothic banner along the lower margin reads "Kriegsgeld der Stadt Rothenburg o/T." The note was designed by C. Scheibenperger, whose name appears in the lower right margin. |

| Description du revers | Salmon-pink reverse in the same tripartite format, with decorative foliate scroll panels on each side carrying large red-and-black Gothic numerals '50' and the denomination legend 'Fünfzig Pfennig' repeated twice in each lateral panel. The central octagonal vignette renders a polychrome scene of a medieval soldier in period armour and plumed helmet, shouldering a pike or halberd, set against a panoramic view of Rothenburg ob der Tauber with its characteristic towers and rooftops beneath a pale yellow sky. |
