Two circular denomination cartouches, each enclosing '50 Pf.' in blue Gothic script within a wreath of green foliage with red berries, are positioned to the left and right. Two decorative red-bordered text panels in the upper corners carry patriotic verse in blackletter script, while the lower left bears the issuing authority and date 'Stadtmagistrat Oktober 1918' and the lower right the city name 'Donauwörth' with a facsimile signature of the acting Bürgermeister; the artist's name 'Heinz Schiestl' is engraved at the base. |
