| Description de l’avers | The centre of the note is occupied by a circular vignette set within an ornate baroque cartouche, presenting a view of the twin-towered parish church of Lindenberg im Allgäu flanked by trees. The denomination '50 Pf.' appears in large red Gothic numerals at each corner, with a gold floral and cross-pattée underprint covering the entire field. Validity and issuing authority inscriptions in black Gothic script appear to the left and right of the central vignette, with the serial number at lower left and the Bürgermeister's manuscript signature at the bottom centre. |
