正面描述	Printed in brown on a salmon-toned guilloche underprint, the obverse carries the denomination numeral '50' in circular cartouches at upper left and right. A serial number appears at the top centre above the heading 'Platzanweisung.' in Gothic blackletter script, with the large denomination legend 'Fünfzig Pfennig' in bold Fraktur type below. The body text, set in Gothic script, instructs the Stadtsparkasse Allenstein to pay the bearer on demand from current account balances, with a validity clause referencing the Allensteiner Zeitung; the note is dated 'Allenstein, den 15. Juli 1917' at lower left and bears two manuscript signatures under the authority line 'Der Magistrat.'
