The central vignette, framed by an ornate baroque cartouche with scrollwork corners, presents the heraldic arms of Uelzen — a towered gateway surmounted by a lion and floral crest — set within a circular legend reading 'Sparkasse der Stadt Uelzen' against a turquoise guilloche ground; below, a turquoise rosette carries the numeral '50' over a scroll inscribed 'Pfennig'.
