备注

Bordelum is a small parish in Nordfriesland, and this 1921 Notgeld issue is notable for its collaboration between Ingwer Paulsen — a regionally significant painter and graphic artist from the area — and Hans J. Philipp. Paulsen's involvement in local Notgeld design was not unusual; the early 1920s German emergency money boom attracted genuine artistic talent as municipalities competed to produce collectable issues, and Nordfriesland produced some of the more distinctive provincial designs of the period.

Gebr. & Kunze in Flensburg handled a substantial volume of North Schleswig and Nordfriesland Notgeld printing during this period, making them the natural choice for a municipality of Bordelum's modest size.
