Los bonos que no hubiesen tenido ingreso en el Tesoro Real por los medios expresados seran reembolsados por todo su valor nominal en el espacio de ocho años y por octavas partes a contar desde la entrada de S.M. en Madrid. La suerte decidira el Nº de los que en cada año deban ser reembolsados. El encargado de la emision / El Ministro de Hacienda de S.M.C.
