Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse carries a central guilloche underprint in orange and blue tones, with the provincial coat of arms of La Rioja at the upper left. A portrait vignette of Eva Perón occupies the right field. Two facsimile signatures appear below the central text block, identified as the Ministro Coordinador de Gobierno and the Gobernador. The denomination '50' is printed vertically at the right margin, and the serial number appears twice — at the upper right and below 'SERIE B' at the left.
Opschrift voorzijde	PROVINCIA DE LA RIOJA BONOS DE CANCELACION DE DEUDAS SERIE B Ley N° 7.113 AL PORTADOR CINCUENTA PESOS EVA PERÓN
Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is printed in black on white paper and contains a dense block of legal text in Spanish setting out the terms and conditions of the Bonos de Cancelación de Deudas under Ley N° 7113. The heading 'PROVINCIA DE LA RIOJA – BONOS DE CANCELACION DE DEUDAS – LEY 7113' appears at the top, and a '$50' denomination indicator is printed at the upper left. The reverse is entirely typographic with no pictorial vignette.
