| 备注 |
Banco Nacional was one of several private Colombian banks of issue operating under the country's free banking regime, and the ABNC handled the bulk of their security printing throughout the late nineteenth century. The S662 designation places this within a broader series of Colombian private bank issues cataloged under the "S" (Specialized) prefix — institutions whose note-issuing authority was contingent on legislation that began unraveling with the nationalization push under the Regeneration government.
By 1894, Banco Nacional had collapsed amid a wider banking crisis. Notes dated 1899 raise questions about whether this represents a late printing of an earlier authorized series, a fiscal agency issue, or unissued remainder stock — worth examining the serial number and signature configuration closely before drawing conclusions.
