正面描述	Black on blue, yellow, and green underprint; a sailor vignette occupies the left margin while an allegorical reclining female figure representing Agriculture fills the center. Order numbers are printed in red. The note carries the founding inscription of the bank and the issue date of November 6, 1888, at León, Nicaragua.

背面描述	Printed entirely in green, the reverse is composed of dense lathe-work guilloche patterns covering the entire field, with the large numeral "50" set within an ornate central medallion. Diagonal ribbon cartouches bearing "AGRICOLA" and "MERCANTIL" appear to the left and right respectively, while "BANCO" is inscribed at the top and "CINCUENTA" at the bottom; the denomination numeral "50" is repeated in each corner.
