The term "replica" in the lot description warrants attention: reproduction pieces of this type circulate frequently in the Spanish collector market, often produced in the late 20th century for commemorative or educational purposes, and distinguishing them from original issued notes requires examination of paper chemistry and the specific intaglio depth of the FNMT's wartime printing.
