Reverse description The central design depicts Winnie the Pooh seated, with an overturned honey jar resting on the ground before him, a bee in flight above. The whimsical illustration is rendered in a style closely associated with the original A.A. Milne and E.H. Shepard characters as interpreted by Disney. The legend WINNIE THE POOH appears to the right of the central motif, accompanied by the Disney copyright notice. The design is set within the distinctive equilateral curve heptagonal field characteristic of the British 50 pence series.
