Issued in partnership with the Royal British Legion's centenary year, this piece marks one hundred years since the RBL was founded in 1921 through the merger of several ex-servicemen's organisations following the First World War. Jersey has a particular relationship with remembrance — the island was occupied by German forces from 1940 to 1945, and Liberation Day on 9 May remains a public holiday there to this day.
