Obverse description Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, wearing the George IV State Diadem, a pearl drop earring, and a pearl necklace, with a draped bust truncation. The portrait is the third definitive effigy of the Queen as designed by Raphael David Maklouf. The legend 'ELIZABETH II' arcs along the left field and 'ST. HELENA' along the right field, with the engraver's initials 'RDM' present on the truncation.
