Reverse description Central device depicts a Viking longship — traditionally identified as Odin's Raven — under full sail, the sail bearing the triskelion emblem of the Isle of Man within a circular cartouche. A dragon-headed prow faces left, and to the right of the vessel stands the Point of Ayre Lighthouse rendered in fine detail. The inscription DAY OF TYNWALD JULY 5th appears in the exergue beneath the ship, with ISLE OF MAN arching above and FIFTY PENCE below along the lower rim.
