| 表面の説明 | Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley, depicted bare-headed with elaborately styled hair. The legend ELIZABETH II BAILIWICK OF JERSEY arcs around the periphery, with the date 2013 positioned at lower right. The designer's initials IRB appear below the portrait truncation. The coin's gold-plated surface lends a warm, lustrous tone to the finely detailed relief. |

Jersey issued this piece to mark the 60th anniversary of Elizabeth II's coronation, which took place on 2 June 1953 at Westminster Abbey — a ceremony watched by an estimated 27 million people on television in the UK alone, the first British coronation to be broadcast. Jersey, as a Crown dependency rather than part of the United Kingdom, has always maintained its own coinage rights, a privilege dating to a grant predating modern constitutional arrangements.
Gold-plated steel crowns of this type were produced in significant numbers for the collector market rather than general circulation.
