| Reverse description | The elaborately decorated Gold State Coach is depicted in high relief at the centre of the field, shown in left-facing profile with its ornate Baroque carvings, spoked wheels, and coachman clearly rendered. Above the coach, a garland of multicolour enamel bunting flags in red, white, and blue arcs across the upper field in celebration of the Golden Jubilee. Below the coach and to the right appears the Royal Cypher surmounted by a crown. The inscription THE GOLDEN JUBILEE curves along the lower portion of the legend in bold lettering. |
