| 背面描述 | The reverse features a vivid selective colour-printed design depicting Father Christmas standing astride a snow-covered rooftop chimney, dressed in his traditional red and white suit and carrying a large sack overflowing with toys and gifts. Six ornate raised snowflake devices are symmetrically arranged in the field to either side of the central figure, their metallic relief contrasting with the colourised background of a wintry nocturnal roofscape rendered in blues and whites. The denomination legend FIFTY PENCE arcs along the upper periphery in incuse Latin lettering. The overall composition evokes a classic festive Christmas scene and was engraved by Quentin Peacock. |
