正面描述 Uncrowned right-facing effigy of King Charles III occupying the central field, rendered in high relief with fine detail to the hair and facial features. The legend CHARLES III curves along the left arc and BAILIWICK OF GUERNSEY along the right arc of the heptagonal flan. The date 2025 appears in the lower exergue, flanked by two small dots. The portrait is consistent with the official effigy adopted for Guernsey coinage following the accession of Charles III.

附加信息

Ivor the Engine originated as a BBC television series created by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin, first broadcast in black and white in 1959 before returning in colour in 1975. The stories were set in a fictional corner of Wales and followed a small railway engine with an unlikely ambition: to sing in the local choir. Postgate's Smallfilms produced the series on a budget so minimal that animation cells were sometimes reused across episodes.

Guernsey has issued colourised 50 pence pieces in this children's television series before, with selective colour printing applied after striking — a finishing process that has no effect on legal tender status but significantly affects secondary market appeal.
