Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy issuer with no sovereign or governmental standing — these notes carry no legal tender status anywhere and were never intended to circulate. The "Numisma" denomination is wholly invented, a common practice among so-called art banknotes and exonumia producers targeting collectors rather than a spending public. Franck Medina, a French graphic designer, has produced several such series under this imprint.
The Louis XIV theme places this in a broader pattern of European-themed fantasy notes issued under the Kamberra name across multiple years, with 2015–2023 reflecting a print window rather than a single issue date.
