Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy issuer — these notes carry no legal tender status anywhere and are produced solely as collectibles. The "Numisma" denomination is a coined unit with no monetary value or exchange rate, existing purely within the issuer's own framework. Franck Medina, a French designer and illustrator, has produced numerous notes for similar fantasy issuers, with output typically manufactured on polymer substrate by specialist security printers accustomed to small commemorative runs.

The Lunar New Year series format is crowded territory among fantasy note producers. Collectibility here depends almost entirely on print run figures, which Banco de Kamberra does not consistently publish.
