A licensed Monopoly tie-in produced for the Simpsons-themed edition of the game, released by Hasbro in 2003. These were not the first Simpsons-branded Monopoly sets — an unlicensed Australian version had circulated years earlier — but this was the first officially sanctioned Hasbro production with full Fox licensing.

Matt Groening holds the design credit by virtue of owning the underlying character IP, not because he sat down and drew game currency.
