Obverse description	Black letterpress print on blue paper. A Hōju Cintāmaṇi (sacred wish-granting jewel) emitting flames, set upon clouds, occupies the upper portion of the note. The central field carries vertical inscriptions in Chinese regular script (kaisho), with additional inscriptions enclosed within a border of stylized fundō (scale weight) motifs at the foot.
Obverse lettering	御領内錢五拾文通用預田保久會所（〇） (Translation: Cash Fifty Mon. Within territory, circulatable deposit. Kubota Office.)
Reverse description	Black letterpress print on blue paper. The upper register contains vertical inscriptions in Chinese seal script (tensho), reading right to left, enclosed within a fundō motif border. The lower register carries vertical inscriptions in Chinese regular script, likewise framed within a fundō motif border.
