Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is printed in colour in a folk-art style and presents three triptych vignettes framed by a leafy vine border: at left a cellulose factory ('Cellulose-Fabrik'), at centre the Memel harbour with timber rafts on the river ('Treibendes Floss'), and at right a shipyard ('Schiffs-Werft'). A scroll banner inscribed 'Memel' crowns the central panel, while the denomination '50 Mark' in large Gothic numerals occupies the lower corners flanking the legend 'Notgeld der Handelskammer'.
