| Obverse description | Yellow-green guilloche underprint frames a central diamond-shaped vignette in dark blue-green enclosing "Der Eiserne Reinoldus," Dortmund's armored patron saint rendered in teal as a standing figure flanked by two kneeling attendants before an architectural backdrop.
