A "fantasy note" — a privately produced, non-legal-tender item designed to resemble a banknote but issued by no real authority. The "Ottoman Fantasy Bank" has no historical basis; this is a modern novelty or collector piece, likely produced for the decorative or souvenir market. No central bank, Ottoman or otherwise, stands behind it.
