Reverse description The reverse presents a detailed architectural rendering of Vilnius Cathedral (Vilniaus Katedra), the principal Roman Catholic cathedral of Lithuania, depicted in a front elevation view occupying the central field. The upper legend reads VILNIAUS KATEDRA, while the lower portion of the surrounding inscription records ARCHITEKTAS LAURYNAS GUCEVIČIUS 1753–1798, commemorating the neoclassical architect responsible for the cathedral's redesign. The year of issue, 2003, is inscribed below the cathedral in the exergue.
