| Obverse description | The obverse features the national coat of arms of the Republic of Moldova centrally positioned in the upper field, depicting a displayed eagle clutching an olive branch in its dexter talon and a sceptre in its sinister talon, with a shield on its breast charged with the traditional Moldovan auroch's head, star, rose, and crescent.
