Descrizione del dritto	At left, an intaglio portrait vignette of aviation pioneer Aurel Vlaicu (1882–1913), accompanied by a stylised airplane propeller motif and a rendered Edelweiss flower (Leontopodium alpinum). The Romanian Coat of Arms appears alongside the BNR monogram, the issuing bank's name, and the denomination expressed in both numerals and words. Authorized signatures of the Governor and Chief Cashier are printed below, with the issue date at lower left.

Descrizione del rovescio	At center, a detailed vignette of a golden eagle head (Aquila chrysaetos) faces left, set against a technical line drawing of the Vlaicu II aircraft and a cross-sectional sketch of an airplane engine. The denomination appears in numerals and words, the bank name and BNR logo are repeated at upper right and lower left, and an anti-counterfeiting legend is inscribed along the lower margin. Serial numbers appear vertically in black ink at left and horizontally in red ink at right.
