A legal clause referencing the law of 11 Haziran 1930, No. 1715, appears in two lines beneath the denomination, and two facsimile signatures with title lines are printed across the lower centre. |

Bradbury Wilkinson held the contract for several early Turkish Republic issues, and this small-denomination note belongs to a period when the Central Bank was still consolidating its printing relationships with European security printers. The 50 Kuruş was a workhorse denomination — fractional notes took the hardest wear in daily markets and public transport, which means survivors in any decent condition are proportionally scarce relative to higher face values.
P#133 falls within the First Emission series. Heavy circulation losses were typical across the entire fractional range.
