| Obverse description | The obverse features the Slovak state coat of arms — a shield bearing a patriarchal (double-barred) cross rising from a triple mountain — centrally placed within a wreath of olive and laurel branches tied at the base. The denomination '50' appears to the left of the shield and 'Ks' to the right in large numerals. The curved legend 'SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA' arcs along the upper periphery in capital Latin letters.
