Descrizione del dritto	At left, an intaglio vignette of two young women in traditional Slovak folk costume, one holding a sheaf of wheat, rendered in a refined Art Deco style against an ornate guilloche border. The central panel bears the denomination legend PÄŤDESIAT KORÚN SLOVENSKÝCH within a decorative cartouche, flanked by the Slovak double-cross emblem as an underprint, with the issuing authority SLOVENSKÁ NÁRODNÁ BANKA V BRATISLAVE and the date V Bratislave dňa 15. októbra 1940 inscribed below. At right, a serial number panel with numeral 50 appears twice within guilloche frames, accompanied by two manuscript signatures above the titles GUVERNÉR and RIADITEĽ.

Descrizione del rovescio	The central vignette presents an intaglio view of Oravský Castle perched dramatically on a rocky promontory, framed within an arched panel with fine guilloche surround. At lower centre, the denomination 50 KORÚN SLOVENSKÝCH appears in a decorative box flanked by multilingual denomination inscriptions: PÄŤDESIAT KORÚN SLOVENSKÝCH at lower left, FÜNFZIG KS in German, and ПЯТЬДЕСЯТ / OTVEN KS in Russian and another Slavic language. At upper right, the letters R and S flank a cross emblem above a stylised floral motif, with the legend REPUBLIKA SLOVENSKÁ inscribed in the lower right panel.
