备注	The Státní tiskárna cenin had been established specifically to give Czechoslovakia control over its own security printing — a deliberate act of economic self-determination after the dissolution of Austria-Hungary left the new republic dependent on foreign printers for its earliest issues. By 1929, the Prague works had refined its output considerably, and this 50 Korun belongs to a series regarded as among the more technically accomplished domestic productions of the interwar period. Pick 22 is sometimes confused with the related 1929 reissues bearing different signature combinations. Collector records note at least three distinct signature pairings within this type, making date-alone attribution insufficient.
