| Obverse description | At the upper center, the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine (tryzub) is displayed above a stylized composition featuring a large oak tree whose canopy is rendered in the outlines of Ukraine's geographic borders, set against a smooth field with selective gold gilding applied to the sunrays radiating around the tree.
