| Obverse description | Printed in dark red-brown on a pale green guilloche underprint, the obverse is centred on an oval vignette enclosed by an ornate scrollwork border, containing a landscape view of the Wörschach Klamm gorge with coniferous forest, rocky cliffs, and a chalet-style building in the foreground, with the municipal coat of arms at the lower edge of the vignette. The denomination '50 Heller' appears in large Gothic blackletter numerals and text to the left and right of the central vignette, flanked by rosette guilloche motifs. The issuing legend 'Gutschein über 50 Heller der Gemeinde Wörschach Schwefelbad, Obersteiermark – Klamm-Schwefelbad' is set in decorative blackletter script across the upper and lower margins. |

| Reverse description | Printed in dark red-brown on plain paper, the reverse carries a central cartouche enclosed by elaborate scrollwork and engine-turned wave-pattern guilloche filling the entire field, with the denomination numeral '50' placed at each of the four corners. Within the cartouche, a legal text in German script states the municipality's obligation to redeem the voucher in lawful currency by 31 December 1920, citing the municipal committee resolution of 8 May 1920, and is concluded by the place and date 'Wörschach, am 8. Mai 1920', the title 'Der Bürgermeister', and the facsimile signature of the mayor. |
