| Obverse description | Plain cream paper ground with a red guilloche underprint of stylized foliate scrollwork framing the central text area. The denomination numeral '50' is printed in large bold letterpress at centre, flanked on each side by the inscription 'HELLER', with the heading 'KASSENSCHEIN DER STADT STOCKERAU ÜBER' above. Below the denomination, a liability clause text and the date 'STOCKERAU, AM 3. DEZ. 1919' appear, beneath which three manuscript signatures are arranged for the Bürgermeister, Vice-Bürgermeister, and Gemeinderat respectively. |

| Reverse lettering | KASSENSCHEIN der Stadtgemeinde Stockerau über 50 Heller. Zur Linderung der Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde Stockerau Kassenscheine bis zum Gesamtbetrag von 100,000 Kronen aus. Diese Kassenscheine sind unverzinslich, werden von der Gemeinde Stockerau bis 15. August 1920 in Zahlung genommen und in der Zeit vom 1. bis 15. August 1920 in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Die Nachahmung dieser Kassenscheine wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
