| Obverse description | Violet cross-hatched underprint covers the entire field. At centre, a large ornate cartouche in olive-gold tones contains the denomination numeral '50' above the word 'Heller', set within a radiant sunburst medallion and flanked by two putti bearing floral garlands. A silhouette of a tower or castle ruin rises between the putti at the top of the cartouche. A bold black ribbon banner arcs across the upper portion of the note bearing the word 'Gutschein' in Gothic script, with wing-like ribbon tails extending to either side. The issuer's name 'Ortsgemeinde Steinkreuz' appears in Gothic script along the lower margin. |
