| Obverse description | Printed in dark violet-blue on cream paper with a fine wavy-line underprint, the obverse is framed by two vertical columns of three decorative stamp-like vignettes each, containing stylized foliate and geometric ornaments. The central field carries the title GUTSCHEIN in large bold letterpress, followed by the issuing authority and the denomination FÜNFZIG HELLER within a ruled cartouche flanked by the numeral 50 on each side. Below, a three-line guarantee clause states the municipality's obligation to redeem the note in lawful coin, concluded by the printed signature of the Bürgermeister, Dr. Karl Neuhauser, with an anti-counterfeiting warning at the foot. |

| Reverse description | The reverse, printed in the same dark violet-blue on white paper with a faint light-blue underprint, is flanked by two tall decorative pillar-like vignettes composed of stacked geometric and foliate elements. The central area repeats the title GUTSCHEIN der Gemeinde Stadl-Paura with the denomination FÜNFZIG HELLER in a ruled rectangular frame, numerals 50 at either side. A substantial text block below cites the municipal council resolution of 5 March 1920 authorizing the issue of vouchers up to a total of fifty thousand Kronen to alleviate the prevailing shortage of small change, redeemable at the Gemeinde-Kasse Stadl-Paura between 1 September and 30 September 1920. |
