| 正面描述 | Green letterpress notgeld on plain paper, framed by an ornate typographic border. The upper portion carries the issuing authority's name within a rectangular cartouche, flanked on the left by a vignette of the Sankt Valentin parish church with its tall steeple and on the lower right by a vignette of an industrial building with a chimney stack. The denomination numeral '50' is printed at lower left, while the central text field renders the value in Gothic script above three facsimile manuscript signature lines for the Bürgermeister, Vice-Bürgermeister, and municipal cashier. |

| 备注 |
Sankt Valentin is a small Lower Austrian market town on the Enns river, and like hundreds of Austrian municipalities in 1920, it issued its own Notgeld to compensate for the chronic small-change shortage that had plagued the region since the war years. The printer here, Emil Prichel of Steyr, handled a number of local emergency issues from the surrounding district — Steyr being the logical production centre for this corner of Upper and Lower Austria.
The Jaksch/Pick reference JPR0941-50 places this firmly within the documented Austrian municipal Notgeld corpus, though St. Valentin issues see limited turnover in specialist sales.
