备注	St. Georgen im Attergau is a small market commune on the western shore of the Attersee in Upper Austria — the kind of locality that would never have issued currency under ordinary circumstances. This is Notgeld, the emergency small-change scrip that flooded Austria between roughly 1919 and 1922 when coin shortages left provincial communities with no practical means of making change. The Salzkammergut-Druckerei in nearby Gmunden handled a considerable volume of this regional Notgeld work, supplying dozens of Upper Austrian communes with locally printed issues. The 1920 date places this squarely in the second wave of Austrian Notgeld, by which point many issues were being printed as much for collector sale as genuine circulation need.
