| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark brown on a tan guilloche underprint and framed by a fine decorative border with solid black denomination tablets bearing the numeral '50' in each upper corner. The central vignette presents two winged putti flanking a heraldic basket-weave tower with ravens in flight above it, the left putto holding a floral garland and the right accompanied by blossoms, rendered in a detailed Art Nouveau woodcut style. Below the vignette the denomination 'Fünfzig Heller' is inscribed in Gothic script, followed by the validity clause and the facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister. |
