| Obverse description | The left half of the note is occupied by a circular vignette enclosed within a green laurel wreath, showing a winged angel figure perched atop an ornate column or tower with an arched window, flanked by the date numerals '16' and '03'; three red roses accent the wreath at the base and sides.
