| Obverse description | Printed in reddish-brown on cream paper, the obverse carries a panoramic vignette of the village of Öpping set within a decorative frame with branch-like corner ornaments. The upper half presents a smaller inset view of a church and village buildings amid trees, while the lower portion opens to a broader landscape view of the settlement with a prominent church steeple at centre-left, forested hills, and scattered clouds. The denomination '50 Heller' and the issuing authority 'NOTGELD der Gem. Öpping' are inscribed in stylised lettering at upper right. A small artist's signature appears at lower right. |
