| Descrizione del dritto | The obverse is printed in violet and carries a large stylised numeral '50' as the central vignette, set against a vertically lined background enclosed within a decorative foliate guilloche border. A lower panel below the central field contains a text inscription in cursive script, flanked by rosette ornaments at either corner. The overall design is executed in a single-colour letterpress typical of Austrian Notgeld issues of the period. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse is printed in green and pink-brown on cream paper, with a green geometric border of repeating triangular ornaments framing the entire note. A central text panel in German Gothic script states the redemption pledge of the Gemeinde Oberalm, valid to 15 December 1920, with a diagonal watermark-style underprint of stylised Bavarian lozenges in the background. Below the text appear the manuscript signatures of the Bürgermeister and two Gemeinderäte officials. |
