| 备注 |
Ober-Wölbling is a small municipality in Lower Austria, and this 50 Heller note is a Notgeld issue — emergency small-change currency produced by Austrian towns and market communes during the severe coin shortage that followed the First World War. Thousands of such issues appeared between roughly 1919 and 1922, printed by local jobbing printers rather than any central authority. The Buchdruckerei Herzogenburg, a print shop in the nearby town of Herzogenburg, handled several such commissions for Lower Austrian communes in this period.
