| Reverse description | Printed in brown on cream paper, the reverse centres on a large reproduction of a historical imperial wax seal of Emperor Charles V (Carolus V), its circular legend in Latin naming his titles including King of the Romans, Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy and Flanders. Flanking scrolls in the upper corners each bear the denomination numeral '50', while a ribbon cartouche below the seal reads 'Erneuerung u. Bestätigung der Erb-Markts-Freyung', with date references to 17 February 1713 and the place name 'Neuhofen a/Ybbs'. A lower cartouche contains an extract in early modern German from the imperial charter text confirming the hereditary market rights of Neuhofen. |
