| 正面描述 | Printed in blue on a light green guilloche underprint, the obverse is framed by a chain-link ornamental border. The large numeral '50' appears in the upper left, with the municipal coat of arms of Mondsee below it, showing figures in a boat on water beneath a crescent moon. To the right, a bold intaglio-style vignette depicts two silhouetted figures in a wind-tossed boat against a dramatically rendered stormy sky with swirling lines. The inscription 'Mondsee in Oberösterr.' runs along the lower right, with the designer's name 'REISENBICHLER' printed at the bottom centre. |

| 备注 |
Mondsee's 50 Heller Notgeld was issued in 1920 as part of Austria's postwar small-change crisis, when coin shortages forced hundreds of municipalities to print their own emergency currency. The designer credit to Reisenbichler almost certainly refers to a local artist rather than a commercial printing house — a common arrangement among Salzkammergut market towns, where the production of these notes often became a point of civic pride rather than mere necessity.
Ant. Kaltenbrunner signed as Bürgermeister. The surname is unavoidable in Austrian historical memory, though any family connection to the later SS-Obergruppenführer of the same name remains unverified and should not be assumed.
