Obverse description Printed in dark blue ink on cream paper, the obverse is divided into three vertical panels enclosed within a dotted border. The left panel carries the legal text of authorization in Gothic blackletter script, citing the municipal council resolution of 13 March 1920. The central panel bears the issuer name 'Lengau' and the large denomination numeral '50' above the word 'Heller' in bold letterpress. The right panel contains the validity and anti-counterfeiting notices alongside the mayor's signature facsimile, with the printer's imprint 'Druck: Stampfl, Braunau' at the foot.

Reverse description The reverse carries a large engraved panoramic vignette reproducing a circa 1700 bird's-eye topographic view of Friedburg Castle near Lengau, rendered in a fine historic engraving style with a village and wooded landscape in the foreground. A decorative cartouche with a heraldic coat of arms appears in the upper left corner, and a compass rose cartouche is visible in the lower right. The title inscription in Gothic script is set within a ribbon banner at the top, and a caption line in the same script runs along the lower margin.
