A redemption notice in German occupies the right half of the note, warning that the Ersatzgeld loses validity if not redeemed at the municipal treasury within four weeks of public announcement. |

Below the central text block appear three manuscript facsimile signatures with their official titles, and at the foot of the note a typeset imprint credits the designer and printer. |
