A central oval vignette enclosed by a scalloped decorative border presents a view of the Kronstorf village square with the parish church tower at centre and flanking municipal buildings; two figures are visible in the foreground. Ornamental cornucopia-style flourishes flank the oval at left and right, with the denomination '50 HELLER' printed in bold type in each upper corner. The issuer inscription 'GEMEINDE KRONSTORF' runs along the lower margin in capital letters. |

| Reverse description | Brown letterpress print on cream paper. The reverse is enclosed within a double-rule border with repeating floral chain ornaments along all four sides. The central field carries the full text of the guarantee declaration in German Kurrent script, stating that the Gemeindevorstehung Kronstorf issues vouchers to the value of 50,000 Kronen backed by its own reserve, redeemable in legal tender until 31 December 1920, dated 'Kronstorf, am 6. Juli 1920'. Below the text appear the printed titles 'Der Bürgermeister', '2. Vizebürgermeister' and '1. Vizebürgermeister' with three manuscript facsimile signatures. The printer's imprint 'Buchdruckerei Enns' appears at the foot. |
